Bryan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2002, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review. He received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Chemistry, magna cum laude, from Ouachita Baptist University in 1998.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan clerked for Chief U.S. District Judge Curtis L. Collier (2002-2004) and Magistrate Judge Susan K. Lee (2004-2005), both of the Eastern District of Tennessee.
